Job summary

Borderless General Trading in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented Order Processing and Operational Support specialist to manage customer orders and coordinate with procurement, inventory, warehouse and dispatch teams.

You will review orders for accuracy, track their progress, and help improve processes using Excel tools such as VLOOKUP and conditional formatting. Experience with large CSV files is a plus. The role is based in Dubai and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel functions and data tools.
• Ability to manage large spreadsheets and multiple datasets.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately in internal systems and marketplaces.
• Review orders for product, quantity, SKU, ASIN, and details.
• Update order status and maintain records.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
• Track orders through all stages of the operation.
• Identify incomplete, duplicated, cancelled, or delayed orders.
• Resolve order-processing discrepancies and escalate issues.
