Job summary

Adecco client seeks a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and sales growth across Europe, CIS, Southeast Asia and Africa. Focus on EPC contractors, OEMs and end users with a strong international network.

Ideal candidate has 10–15 years in B2B industrial sales, proven global revenue growth, and expertise negotiating complex contracts. Expect regular travel and strategic market development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Minimum 7 years within Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial Supply, or Engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of international business development and revenue growth.
• Established network with EPC contractors, consultants, procurement teams and end users.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex contracts and supply agreements.
• Excellent presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies across international markets.
• Identify, qualify, and secure opportunities with EPC contractors, OEMs, industrial manufacturers, and end users.
• Promote and sell a portfolio including Pipes - Fittings - Flanges - Valves - Structural Steel - Mechanical Equipment - Engineered Packages.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract finalization.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, site visits, and international business travel.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business development plans and management reports.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets across designated regions.
