Castolin Eutectic seeks an International Purchasing Coordinator to oversee global procurement. The role handles intercompany and supplier purchases, negotiates pricing and terms, creates freight POs, and coordinates with logistics for timely shipments.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree with at least 3 years UAE experience, is fluent in English, and well-versed in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics ERP. Chinese language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Chinese language proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and process purchase inquiries and requests, sourcing from suppliers.
• Prepare quotes comparisons and negotiate terms.
• Generate and track purchase orders; update order acknowledgements and delivery status.
• Coordinate shipping instructions with suppliers and logistics team.
• Verify shipping documents and maintain records in the system.
• Assist accounting with invoice discrepancies and vendor payments.
• Monitor open purchase orders, shipments, and payments and report regularly.
• Provide pricing and stock updates to production and sales teams.
