• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming inquiries and purchase requests, sending inquiries to suppliers.
• Prepare quote comparisons and negotiate with suppliers as needed.
• Generate purchase orders in the system and track acknowledgements and delivery updates.
• Coordinate shipping instructions and liaise with logistics for urgent shipments or delays.
• Collaborate with logistics to review shipping documents and maintain records.
• Update system with shipping details and notify requestors with documents.
• Assist accounting with invoice discrepancies and vendor payments, updating bank details as needed.
• Monitor advance payments and prepare reports on open purchase orders, shipments and payments.
• Provide pricing and stock updates to production and sales, maintaining vendor/customer records.
• Support team during absences and improve purchasing process efficiency.
