Job summary

Doctify is seeking a People and Talent Associate for a hybrid role spanning People Operations, Employee Engagement, Office Management and Talent Acquisition support in the UAE. You will support GCC and ANZ teams with onboarding, visa processes and HR administration.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in People or Talent roles, knowledge of UAE labour law, and comfort coordinating across time zones. Strong organization and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in People or Talent roles, UAE or GCC preferred.
• Experience with UAE labour law, visas and MOHRE processes is a plus.
• Comfortable with multiple time zones and cross-region collaboration.
• Exposure to recruitment processes, sourcing, CV screening and screening calls.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding across GCC and ANZ.
• Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist visa, labour card, and Emiratisation administration with PRO and authorities.
• Plan and run employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Provide first-line HR policy, benefits and process guidance to employees.
• Support office management, facilities coordination and UAE office operations.
• Assist recruitment with candidate pipelines, interviews and offer letters.
