Job summary

Paymob in the UAE is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, visa follow-up, and records management. The role requires strong organization, follow-up, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

You will coordinate with IT, Facilities, and external providers to ensure compliant employee documentation and smooth onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Coordination is a plus.
• Good knowledge of UAE HR operations and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with UAE visa, work permit, and residency procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires in the UAE.
• Coordinate collection and verification of hiring documents and contracts.
• Support visa, residency, and work permit processes with employees and providers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR trackers in compliance with policies.
• Assist in attendance, leave administration, and employee requests.
• Support offboarding, resignations, and final settlements.
