Job summary

Doctify is seeking a People and Talent Associate to join in a hybrid UAE role spanning People Operations, Employee Engagement, Office Management, and Talent Acquisition support. Based in Dubai, you’ll support regional teams across GCC and ANZ, handling onboarding, records, visas, and local compliance.

You’ll coordinate recruitment activities across time zones, source candidates, screen, schedule interviews, and assist with offers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in People or Talent roles, ideally UAE/GCC
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus but not essential
• Familiarity with visas, labour cards, MOHRE processes and UAE labour law
• Comfort operating across multiple time zones (GCC, ANZ) and with ATS tools

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding across GCC and ANZ
• Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist with visa, labour card, and Emiratisation administration in the UAE
• Plan and run employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Coordinate recruitment activities, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist with offer letters
