Job summary

Paymob in Dubai seeks a People Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations across the UAE, including onboarding, employee documentation, visa and work permit follow-up, and records management.

The role requires strong organization, excellent English communication, and the ability to coordinate with IT, Facilities, and external providers to ensure smooth employee life cycle from onboarding through offboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR Operations or HR Coordination experience.
• Knowledge of UAE HR operations and onboarding processes.
• Experience with UAE visa, work permit, residency procedures preferred.
• Excellent English communication and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding across the UAE.
• Coordinate collection, verification, and completion of hiring documents.
• Ensure employment contracts, NDAs, Code of Conduct, and onboarding docs are signed and stored.
• Coordinate onboarding with IT and Facilities teams.
• Maintain accurate employee records and document archives in compliance with policies.
• Ensure smooth onboarding experiences through timely communication and follow‑ups.
• Support visa, residency, and work permit processes with employees and service providers.
• Track biometric appointments, medicals, and government requirements.
• Review immigration expenses, invoices, and documentation.
• Support lifecycle processes: onboarding, probation, renewals, transfers, and status changes.
• Maintain HR trackers and employee records.
