Job summary

KRESS COOPER invites an HR Executive to join our Dubai-based team in a hybrid role. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR requirements.

You will maintain records, support performance reviews, training initiatives and policy development, while assisting in staff development and reporting. The ideal candidate has UAE experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE employment practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, proactive and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance and leave.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and employee documentation.
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and employee relations.
• Coordinate performance reviews and probation assessments.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR requirements.
• Support training, employee engagement and staff development.
• Prepare HR reports and monitor key HR deadlines.
