Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment in a hybrid, part-time role based in the United Arab Emirates. You will source candidates, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment records while collaborating with hiring teams to ensure timely, organized hiring processes.

The role requires 3+ years in talent acquisition or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication with proficiency in ATS and LinkedIn

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment platforms, spreadsheets and digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, and databases.
• Review CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare shortlists and provide status updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate postings, campaigns, and onboarding support when required.
