Job summary

OnTheList Limited is seeking an HR Intern to assist recruitment and HR administration across the Middle East, with a focus on UAE and regional expansion projects. You will support full recruitment cycles, onboarding and contract preparation, and maintain employee records in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Prior recruitment experience or internship exposure, preferably in luxury, fashion, or retail.
• Currently residing in UAE on family-sponsored visa.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Professional communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Available full-time on a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: drafting and posting job ads, screening CVs, and shortlisting candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing candidate communications throughout the process.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate pipeline.
• Support recruitment for flash sale event staffing, including freelancers and agency workers.
• Support onboarding and offboarding administration for employees, freelancers, and event staff.
• Assist with preparation of employment contracts, NDAs, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.
• Support internal communications, including announcements and staff scheduling emails.
