Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting into Global Markets (Sales & Trading) essential.
• Strong understanding of Sales & Trading front-office talent landscape.
• Excellent direct sourcing skills and an established network in the sector.
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders and multiple searches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for Global Markets (Sales & Trading) roles from intake to offer and close.
• Proactively source and engage Sales & Trading talent using LinkedIn and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business needs and market conditions.
• Run structured, competency-based interviews and present strong shortlists.
• Manage offers, negotiation and close within client compensation guidelines.
• Maintain audit-ready records in the ATS and contribute to hiring metrics.
• Share market intelligence on talent availability and compensation.
