Job summary

AMS in Dubai is seeking a recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring across the Middle East, partnering with senior leaders to craft strategies and strong talent pipelines. You will guide sourcing, manage offers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Arabic and English fluency, deep stakeholder management, and hands-on ATS use, with on-site work five days a week in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment within an in-house, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, Construction, or related sectors.
• Experience supporting hiring across the Middle East region.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience leading recruitment strategy discussions and advising stakeholders on market insights and hiring approaches.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English both written and spoken.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in Dubai five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders to provide consultative recruitment support and market expertise.
• Lead vacancy briefing discussions and define recruitment strategies aligned to business needs.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to develop effective attraction strategies and ensure strong talent pipelines.
• Provide hiring managers with insights on talent availability, market trends, competitor activity, and hiring expectations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead complex offer negotiations and support hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pools to support future hiring demand.
• Use recruitment data and funnel metrics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Partner effectively with sourcing, administration, and wider delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support and coach colleagues on recruitment best practices, client culture, and delivery excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic recruitment projects.
