Position: Global Recruitment / Headhunter Intern

Location: Dubai, UAE (Remote work is possible)

Job Type: Full-time availability for 3-6 months, renewable

What You’ll Do:

• Source and research top talent
• Learn the end-to-end recruitment process
• Post job ads on portals & social media
• Assist in talent/market mapping
• Screen candidates & join interviews with senior consultants
• Prepare profiles for shortlisted candidates
• Handle administrative tasks as needed
