The Role

We're looking for a Talent Partner to join us in Dubai on a 6-month FTC, embedded with a leading international financial services client. You'll focus on Global Markets hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to bring in specialist front-office talent in a competitive, fast-moving market.

By Global Markets, we mean the Sales & Trading division of an investment bank (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Credit and Commodities). It does not refer to hiring across multiple countries or regions. Experience recruiting into Global Markets is essential, and we're unable to consider applications without it.

What you'll be doing

• Managing full lifecycle recruitment for Global Markets (Sales & Trading) roles, from intake through to offer and close
• Proactively sourcing and engaging Sales & Trading talent using LinkedIn, networks and direct approaches
• Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business needs, shape requirements and advise on market conditions
• Running structured, competency-based interviews and presenting strong shortlists
• Managing offers, negotiation and closing within client compensation guidelines
• Keeping accurate, audit-ready records in the ATS and contributing to hiring metrics and reporting
• Sharing market intelligence on talent availability, compensation and competitor activity

What you'll bring

• Essential: Proven experience recruiting into Global Markets / Sales & Trading roles (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Credit or Commodities), gained within a Financial Services or Wealth Management firm, or in agency recruitment focused on this sector (agency-only backgrounds are very welcome)
• A strong understanding of Sales & Trading businesses, roles and the front-office talent landscape
• Excellent direct sourcing skills and an established network in the sector
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders and multiple searches at once
• Strong ATS, Excel and LinkedIn Recruiter skills
• Discretion when handling confidential searches and information

You'll join a global Talent Acquisition team working across Financial Services, Pharma and Technology, with the chance to make an immediate impact on high-profile searches and work alongside experienced recruiters in multiple regions.
