Job summary

Trans Skills, a UAE-based HRIS and RPO provider, invites an experienced recruitment professional to drive sourcing across multiple channels and manage the end-to-end hiring process. You will partner with clients, schedule interviews, assess candidates, and ensure compliant hiring practices.

You will lead recruiting initiatives, train teams, and develop robust procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality hires while meeting project timelines and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Attends career job fairs, recruiting open houses and community events.
• Reviews recruitment policies to improve selection techniques.
• Establishes hiring metrics to measure efficiency of the process.
• Participates in special projects as assigned.
• Ensures compliance with recruitment laws, background checks, and document collection.
• Facilitates interview scheduling, travel logistics, assessments and reimbursements.
• Requests references and screens applicant suitability before submission.
• Drafts reports with findings and recommendations.
• Sources candidates via internal and external databases and referrals.
• Assists in developing effective recruiting strategies.
• Develops and conducts training sessions on recruiting practices.
• Designs recruiting procedures for consistent results.
• Motivates and guides the recruitment team with ongoing feedback.
• Supervises the Recruiting Services team.
• Handles posting vacancies, resourcing, shortlisting and offers.
