Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in B2B business development, conferences, or sponsorship sales.
• Proven track record selling large-scale exhibitions.
• Experience selling to international clients and senior decision-makers.
• Excellent English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities across international markets.
• Build relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and corporate clients.
• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline and revenue targets.
• Sell sponsorship, exhibition, and event participation opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams.
