Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B conferences, exhibitions, international events, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of European B2B markets and business environments.

• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior decision-makers.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international teams.

Lead Cogent Solutions’ conference growth across European markets by identifying new opportunities, developing commercially viable conference concepts, and expanding our international footprint.
