Job summary

Progressive, an international SME in industrial manufacturing and services, seeks a Logistics Coordinator in Dubai to manage sales order fulfilment, procurement follow-up, and trade documentation within the Stores Department.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics and inventory for oil & gas, with Jebel Ali/JAFZA exposure; proficient in Dynamics 365 Business Central; strong cross-functional coordination and customs knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Logistics and inventory for industrial/oil & gas sectors.
• Experience with warehouse management and Jebel Ali / JAFZA preferred.
• Proficient in ERP for order processing and stock control.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, HS codes.
• Experience with Free Zone / bonded warehouse regulations.
• Cross-functional coordination and vendor management experience.
• Attention to detail for customs documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales order fulfilment and order processing.
• Follow up on procurement and track receipts.
• Prepare trade and customs documentation (Bills of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists).
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, finance and freight forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and HS codes.
