Job description

Orchestrate the seamless flow of goods from order placement to final delivery ensuring customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment. Manage and optimize inventory levels proactively addressing potential shortages or overstock situations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Coordinate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to align on shipping schedules and resolve any logistical challenges that arise. Negotiate rates and contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics providers to secure the best possible terms and pricing. Prepare documentation including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
