Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a Logistics & Accounts Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience in trading, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain. The role involves coordinating logistics and shipments across GCC while handling accounts and payments, maintaining records, and providing administrative and HR support.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics Management or a related field, with familiarity with ERP software (QuickBooks or Zoho)

Qualifications

• - 2–5 years of relevant experience in trading, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.
• - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field.
• - Good understanding of logistics, import/export documentation, and GCC shipments.
• - Experience with ERP/accounting software, preferably QuickBooks or Zoho.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and shipments across GCC.
• Handle accounts and payments: prepare invoices, delivery notes, POs and vendor bills.
• Maintain inventory records and update Inventory Register.
• Provide administrative and HR support as required.
• Coordinate air ticket and hotel bookings for project teams.
