Job summary

We are seeking a logistics professional to coordinate end-to-end shipping, manage inventory and collaborate with suppliers and carriers to optimize costs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics or SCM, 2-5 years of experience, and knowledge of international shipping and customs.

Gulf/ADNOC exposure is a plus and immediate joining is requested. Responsibilities include maintaining shipment documents, negotiating terms, and ensuring on-time deliveries in a dynamic Gulf region

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
• CSCP or CPIM certifications.
• Experience in international shipping and customs regulations.
• Gulf/ADNOC experience preferred; immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end shipping process to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet demand.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors and transport companies to optimize costs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation including customs forms and bills of lading.
• Navigate international shipping and customs regulations.
