Job summary

BitOasis is seeking an Institutional OTC Sales Professional to originate new business, activate client portfolios, and facilitate large crypto trades with premium liquidity. You will onboard clients, navigate KYB/AML, and manage ongoing relationships with institutional investors and high-net-worth clients.

You should bring a proven, transferable network, 3–5+ years in institutional sales or OTC, and strong pitching and closing skills to succeed in a fast-paced UAE environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a highly transferable and active network of institutional crypto participants.
• 3–5+ years in institutional sales, OTC trading, or institutional brokerage; 2+ years in crypto OTC.
• Proven metrics-driven outbound origination and revenue/volume achievement.
• Deep understanding of crypto market microstructure and liquidity concepts.
• Strong pitching, negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication under fast-paced markets.
• Ability to comply with UAE regulatory frameworks and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• New business development to source, pipeline and close institutional clients for off-order-book crypto trades.
• Activate portfolios by leveraging existing institutional networks to drive trading volume.
• Facilitate trades as the main liaison between clients and the internal trading desk.
• Onboard clients and guide KYB/AML processes to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Maintain and expand relationships by understanding liquidity needs and settlements.
• Provide market color, liquidity insights and execution strategies to clients.
• Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional platform services.
