Job summary

PRIME AC INDUSTRIES (L.L.C) is seeking an experienced export sales professional for the HVAC market in the UAE. You will develop strategic plans, build international client relationships, and negotiate contracts while coordinating with technical teams to tailor HVAC solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in export sales for HVAC, English fluency, and strong negotiation and presentation skills. International experience and UAE market understanding are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field with a strong HVAC focus.
• Minimum 5 years export sales experience in HVAC industry with proven growth.
• International sales experience preferred; understands regional business practices.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic a plus for client engagement.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products and systems.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; able to influence decision-makers.
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and craft strategies.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic export sales plans for HVAC markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients and ensure high service levels.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitors.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing while complying with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Prepare proposals and presentations communicating value propositions clearly.
• Monitor export regulations and ensure accurate documentation for shipments.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote HVAC products.
• Provide post-sales support and gather feedback for improvement.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with regular performance reporting.
