Job summary

LANDIUM MAINTENANCE SERVICES LLC in Dubai seeks a driven HVAC Sales Executive to expand our client base across contracting, AMC, and retrofit projects. You will meet clients, consultants, and contractors across the UAE to win new business.

You will combine sales instincts with a working knowledge of HVAC systems and maintain strong relationships. A 2–4 year sales background is preferred, with a base salary and an attractive commission structure.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience in HVAC, MEP, or related contracting sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Basic technical understanding of HVAC systems (ducting, FCUs, chilled water) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business in HVAC contracting, AMC and related services.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and facility managers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and RFQ responses with the technical team.
• Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and scope projects.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to hit targets.
• Maintain records of client interactions, pipeline and forecasts.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth handover after sale closure.
• Stay updated on UAE HVAC market trends, pricing and competition.
