Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer for the UAE to drive sales of HVAC and cooling solutions across Oil & Gas projects. You will develop opportunities, manage relationships, and support specifications and tenders in collaboration with EPC contractors and internal teams.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC sales within Oil & Gas or heavy industry in UAE, strong technical know-how, and proven ability to win orders through consultative selling and robust commercial negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC or related technical solutions.
• Experience with Oil & Gas or heavy industrial projects in UAE/GCC.
• Experience in EPC-led project environments and tender-based sales.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales, bookings, and gross margin targets.
• Develop and manage a qualified UAE Oil & Gas sales pipeline.
• Identify opportunities and convert to secured orders.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with EPC contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Support tenders, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.
• Ensure proposals meet specifications and standards.
• Provide market insights and CRM updates.
