Job summary

Emerald Zebra is working with a regulated multi-asset CFD broker in Dubai to appoint a Chief Growth Officer who will own the retail and institutional sales, driving funded accounts, deposits and trading volume across markets.

You will lead a multilingual, multi-desk sales team, set revenue targets, design incentives, and work with Marketing, Compliance, and Product to optimize client journeys and growth. Strong English, Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• 8 years of sales experience in online brokerage CFDs FX multi-asset trading
• 4 years leading sales teams of 10 people across multiple regional desks in MENA Asia LATAM
• Demonstrable track record delivering revenue targets in a regulated brokerage
• Experience scaling a sales floor through hyper growth with multilingual hiring
• Knowledge of CFDs leverage margin OTC derivatives
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred; other languages advantageous

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue targets for funded accounts and trading volume
• Lead multi-desk, multi-language sales organisation across regions
• Manage pipeline, conversion, retention, and revenue metrics
• Negotiate and close high-value Professional and VIP accounts
• Collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, Compliance, Product, and Institutional teams
• Represent the business at industry events and client forums
• Oversee CRM, sales operations and end-to-end reporting
