Job summary

Emerald Zebra in Dubai is seeking a Head of Marketing (Performance Crypto) to own and scale user acquisition, engagement and revenue across its crypto trading platforms. This senior role is hands-on with full P&L accountability.

You will drive campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, SEO and affiliates, while building a data-driven growth engine and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in performance marketing within crypto exchanges or trading platforms.
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Experience with spot trading and futures products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance marketing for crypto products across paid channels.
• Drive user sign-ups, KYC completions, and trading activity.
• Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns; optimize campaigns.
