Job summary

Emerald Zebra Ltd is seeking a visionary Group Chief Marketing Officer to build a global brand across digital trading platforms including crypto, FX, CFDs. This high-impact executive role requires deep performance marketing expertise in regulated fintech environments.

You will lead a global marketing organization, drive growth across Retail, HNWI, and Institutional segments, and coordinate go-to-market strategies, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–18 years in high-growth fintech, trading, or financial services.
• Experience managing global performance marketing budgets in 8-figure annual spends.
• Proven track record scaling user bases from thousands to millions.
• Deep understanding of trading user behavior across crypto, FX, and CFDs.
• Experience building global teams across UAE, India, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Build global brand identity and ensure consistent messaging.
• Lead a marketing team for Retail, HNWI, and Institutional segments.
• Design and execute performance marketing across paid channels and CRM.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for each segment and product.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in campaigns.
