Qualifications

Extensive IT consulting/management experience with demonstrated IT Digital Transformation experience in customer-facing roles (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS).
Business consulting experience in transforming customer operations through technology including cloud adoption, IoT, ML/AI and automation (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS).
Experience with account growth, sales quotas, project and program deliveries (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS).
Large company account executive experience (ideally in Oil & Gas and/or Utilities) in IT and business consulting including relationship management achieving growth targets, high customer satisfaction, project portfolio management and contract negotiations (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS).
A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT programs (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS).
Experience with contract and statement of work development (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS).
Digital Transformation consulting background including managing sales solution development, legal negotiation (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS).
Background in enterprise IT management frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL, cyber) (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS).
Broad enterprise systems technology experience including IaaS/virtualization, cloud/ML/AI, renewables, power, SCADA, supply chain (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS).
Experience with enterprise applications and infrastructures including design, build and operate global solutions (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS).

Responsibilities

The ESM acts as a trusted advisor for the largest global accounts and oversees business development, relationship management, delivery oversight and program management.
Collaborates with AWS teams to connect customers with product and service experts to deliver solutions and drive feature innovation.
Engages with customers to understand business drivers and application portfolios to develop cloud-based strategies.
Leads deal shaping, including estimations and deal pricing, and negotiates contracts and closes.
Plans and implements a portfolio of projects with budget and deliverable ownership; mitigates delivery risks and issues.
Maintains deep executive-level relationships and educates customers on AWS services to enable self-sufficiency.
