Weekday AI's client in Dubai seeks an Account Director - Enterprise to drive direct sales and growth across enterprise accounts in the Dubai market. You will lead cloud consulting and transformation services, with emphasis on AWS.

Ideal candidate has enterprise software or cloud sales background, CXO relationships, and ability to develop strategic accounts, build pipelines, and close multi-stakeholder deals. Strong language and leadership required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software or cloud sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Direct enterprise sales experience and strategic account management.
• Strong background selling cloud computing or cloud consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term enterprise sales and business development strategies.
• Own enterprise sales targets, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion objectives.
• Identify, structure, and manage strategic enterprise accounts and commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers across key accounts.
• Drive adoption of cloud consulting and transformation services, particularly AWS solutions.
