Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Senior Manager for Drilling & Completion Fluids in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on selling products, services, and projects while coordinating diverse stakeholders across global markets.

Strong leadership and a deep technical background in drilling fluids are essential. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience in drilling & completion fluids and technical sales, with the ability to work in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Geology, etc).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling & completion fluids and technical sales.
Experience coordinating teams, stakeholders, and priorities to achieve business and operational objectives.
Ability to be on call outside of normal business hours.
Ability to work in a global matrix organization.
Thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects.
Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and environment-specific understanding.
