Job summary

HMH is seeking a Senior Sales Manager in Dubai to drive sales growth, expand market presence across the MENA region, and deepen strategic customer relationships. You will identify opportunities, manage the sales cycle from lead to close, and coordinate with engineering and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in oil and gas sales, a strong OEM background in drilling equipment, and proven experience with top drives, drawworks, and well control technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in oil and gas sales and business development in MENA.
• Proven OEM background in drilling equipment and well control tech.
• Experience with top drives, drawworks, mud pumps and automation.
• Strong technical presentation and CRM/sales forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market expansion across MENA.
• Identify and develop opportunities with drilling contractors and operators.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM forecasting.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract reviews.
• Represent HMH at industry events and customer forums.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, Supply Chain and Legal.
