A leading legal consultancy in the UAE is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel / Legal Advisor to manage its legal operations. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to both local and international laws while managing corporate structuring and commercial contracts. Responsibilities include legal compliance, risk management, and the development of internal policies. Candidates should possess a law degree and have 5-7 years of legal experience in corporate/commercial law with strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably multijurisdictional.
• Strong knowledge of UAE, KSA, RSA, and USA corporate laws.
• Excellent legal drafting skills and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local and international laws.
• Draft and review shareholder agreements, MOUs, and investment documents.
• Manage IP-related matters including trademarks.
• Support dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration.
