Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in sales operations, governance, compliance or process management within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong background in process documentation, audits and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to work across regional and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and process analysis capabilities.
• Data driven, detail oriented and technology savvy.
• Familiarity with performance management frameworks and KPI structures.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize operational frameworks for commercial technology.
• Lead documentation, governance and compliance for global freight forwarding sales processes.
• Maintain and administer the global sales process repository.
• Prepare checklists for process audits and compliance reviews.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Align governance and compliance standards across all regional sales organizations.
• Support global performance management activities linked to sales KPIs.
• Contribute to executive reporting and stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborate with technology, product, procurement and regional teams.
• Ensure full compliance with DP World Code of Conduct.
