Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong expertise in freight forwarding systems including TMS, rate management systems, and customer portals.
• Deep understanding of air freight and ocean freight operational processes and regulations.
• Proven experience in global process governance, operational transformation, and quality management.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience managing complex technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy for cross functional freight forwarding systems and operational processes.
• Ensure business requirements are delivered to IT teams for system development.
• Oversee development and optimization of core freight forwarding platforms.
• Act as a primary liaison for business leadership and global IT teams.
• Coordinate global teams responsible for freight forwarding systems.
