Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of freight forwarding operations experience in the UAE, with three to five years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing multimodal operations within a multinational logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of GCC and global trade regulations and customs processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea, and road transport modes.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Maintain oversight of bookings, carrier and agent coordination, cargo tracking, and delivery timelines.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, ensuring rapid resolution and proactive communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure service excellence and customer retention.
