Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the power generation sales and rental performance in Dubai. The role requires guiding the sales team, strengthening planning, and ensuring follow-up on stock and overdue accounts to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has extensive UAE genset market knowledge, a proven sales record, and the ability to lead a team in a customer-focused environment. You will report to senior management and drive divisional initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline, preferably with management qualification.
• Minimum 10 years sales experience in UAE power generation or genset market.
• Minimum 3 years managerial experience leading a genset sales and rental team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and rental strategy for power generation equipment, translating business objectives into clear plans for the sales team.
• Drive the achievement of agreed sales, volume, margin and income-growth targets.
• Manage, coach and develop the sales team, setting clear objectives and monitoring individual and team performance.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while managing expectations throughout the sales and rental process.
• Review sales activity, stock position and overdue accounts, taking timely action to address performance gaps.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across the team and ensure customer requirements are handled effectively.
• Recruit and develop capable sales team members and coordinate relevant product and brand training.
• Support the Head of Business and senior management with divisional sales initiatives and business priorities.
