Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a Regional Head of GCC for Investment Banking, Markets & Wholesale Banking. The role leads growth, client relationships and revenue delivery across the GCC, including Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, KSA, and Iraq rep office, reporting to the GCC leadership.

The candidate will drive regional strategy, multi-location oversight, and ensure compliance while leveraging FAB’s international network and capabilities to expand the client franchise.

Qualifications

• 20+ years’ experience in banking with at least 10 years in a senior role in an Investment or Wholesale Banking environment.
• Experience of working within an international bank operating across borders and within a matrix.
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Investment Banking, Markets & Wholesale Banking businesses within the GCC.
• Manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver financial solutions to corporate, government and institutional clients.
• Oversee regional offices and report to Country CEOs and Chief Representatives.
