Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a seasoned corporate banking professional to manage client relationships within a designated portfolio in the UAE. The role requires high collaboration across internal and external teams, including meetings across time zones, to drive revenue and maintain credit quality.

Responsibilities include financial analysis of clients, origination of new business, credit risk assessment, and cross-selling across banking products to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of the banking sector, FAB’s products and business strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
• Data analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Credit analysis and FOREX skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in financial analysis on clients and industries to identify opportunities and risks.
• Originate new business opportunities with target clients across banking products.
• Develop Term Sheets, Information Memorandum, mandate letters, etc.
• Examine and resolve credit, market and operational risk aspects with products and enablement units.
• Pitch, review, negotiate and conclude deals.
• Maintain portfolio credit quality and achieve financial targets.
• Cross-sell opportunities and increase cross-sell ratio.
• Ensure accounts plans and client files are maintained.
• Ensure timely credit reviews and compliance with policies.
