Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a senior leader to head the Client Management function for Securities Services across the GCC and Egypt, owning the P&L of the client portfolio and driving revenue growth, wallet penetration, and retention.

The role requires executive presence and a proven ability to lead a high-performing team in multiple markets, coordinating marketing plans and client strategies at the senior level.

Qualifications

• 15+ years senior experience in client management or commercial leadership.
• Deep understanding of Securities Services products such as Global Custody and Fund Administration.
• Proven track record of managing senior institutional client relationships.
• Ability to combine strategy and execution.

• Proven track record of managing senior institutional client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to combine strategy and execution
• Executive presence and credibility with senior clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification in business, finance, or securities services
• Experience operating across multiple markets including the GCC, Egypt, and Asia
