Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an Executive Director- Private Banking MENA to lead the expansion of the client proposition across international markets, with a focus on the MENA region. The role requires deep experience in private banking, strong leadership and a track record of delivering growth through cross-border collaboration.

The incumbent will partner with Global Private Banking to formulate strategy, manage KPIs, and oversee complex client solutions across real estate financing,

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/ Banking/ Marketing and/or Liberal Arts (Economics/Computer Science/Math)
• MBA strongly recommended and/or a professional designation a plus
• Strong knowledge of and experience of the MENA region, finance, investments, and coverage/private banking engagement
• Broad knowledge of asset classes and products such as mutual funds, close ended funds, LP-GP structures, and structured products
• Team player with a positive disposition who works well with subordinates, peers, and clients
• Ability to operate independently, manage/develop and lead a team

Responsibilities

• Build out and enhance the Private Banking proposition across international markets with focus on MENA
• Lead strategy development and implementation for private banking across MENA regions in liaison withHead of Global Private Banking
• Manage KPIs and other performance metrics with stakeholders
• Lead cross-sell and client-centric solutions across asset classes
• Engage with internal/external stakeholders including legal, compliance, regulators, and service providers
• Lead commercial arrangements with strategic vendor management and legal teams
