Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Dubai seeks a Senior Leader to steer the Client Management function for Securities Services, owning strategy, client relationships and P&L across the GCC and Egypt. You will deepen strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth and strengthen FAB's position across Direct Custody & Clearing, Global Custody, Fund Administration, and related services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior experience in client management or commercial leadership within financial services.
• Deep understanding of Securities Services products and client needs across custody, fund administration, risk/measurement.
• Proven track record of growing revenue, wallet share and client retention in institutional markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Management for Securities Services across GCC and Egypt, with Asia expansion in view.
• Own P&L and revenue growth for the client portfolio; ensure cross-functional delivery with Product, Sales and Ops.
• Set standards for senior client engagement, execution quality and governance.
