Responsibilities include planning, change management, and delivering ad hoc leadership initiatives while engaging senior management and ensuring timely execution of strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in international roles or matrix organisations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international heads to enable strategy and initiatives.
• Monitor budgets, cost/revenue ratios, and present performance gaps with proposals.
• Lead key delivery streams and ensure timely follow-up across International.
• Prepare insights and updates for senior executives and stakeholders.
