Job summary

Nebuly seeks a Senior Enterprise Sales leader in Dubai to own and accelerate the regional growth of its AI ROI platform. You will leverage an existing GCC network, close multi-year contracts, and drive regional expansion in a market moving fast with AI adoption.

You will report to the VP of Sales, collaborate with a sales engineer, and engage with a regional advisor network to generate pipeline, navigate deals, and close with large enterprises and government entities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience in the Middle East (UAE & KSA preferred).
• Proven track record of closing multiple 7-figure enterprise contracts.
• Active network of decision-makers in GCC enterprises, semi-government entities, and public sector.
• Comfortable in technical sales conversations (CTOs, CDOs, AI and data leads).
• You know how to win deals without inbound or SDRs: you drive your own pipeline.
• Experience working with system integrators, regional resellers, and hyperscalers: you know how to bring them into a deal, co-sell with them, and build referrals.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline fast, primarily through your existing network; there is no inbound engine.
• Own the full sales cycle end to end: sourcing → pilot → business case → negotiation → close.
• Target large enterprises, semi-government entities, and public sector with 100K+ ACV potential.
• Navigate regional buying dynamics: RFPs, local partner requirements, data residency, long cycles.
• Be the face of Nebuly in the Middle East at events like GITEX and LEAP.
