Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead - AI to drive the enterprise AI business in the GCC, with Dubai as a key hub. You will own the full sales cycle, targeting banks, insurers and lenders across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and close strategic opportunities in the $500K–$2M+ range.

You will build executive relationships (CIOs/CTOs/CDOs) and collaborate with a solutions director to shape proposals, RFPs and complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise technology / SaaS / AI / cloud / digital transformation sales experience.
• Strong track record of winning net-new enterprise customers.
• Experience selling large, complex technology deals, ideally in the $500K-$2M+ range.
• Strong GCC relationships, particularly across banking, financial services, insurance or lending.
• Comfortable selling to both business and technology executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
• Build new-logo business across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
• Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, risk leaders and senior business stakeholders.
• Identify high-value use cases where AI can improve revenue, risk, efficiency or customer experience.
• Work closely with a solutions director in a two-in-a-box model.
• Lead proposals, RFPs, commercial negotiations and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Build relationships with relevant ecosystem and channel partners.
