Job summary

James Douglas Middle East is seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead – AI Solutions to build new enterprise relationships and drive complex deals across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, engaging CIOs and risk leaders, and collaborating with a Solutions Architect to tailor AI propositions.

UAE market experience is essential; GCC exposure is highly relevant as we scale our enterprise AI offering.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, cloud or digital transformation sales.
• Proven ability to win net-new enterprise customers, not only manage existing accounts.
• Experience owning complex, high-value enterprise deals end to end.

Responsibilities

• Build net-new enterprise business across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solutioning, negotiation and closure.
• Develop senior relationships across banks, insurers, lenders and other financial institutions.
• Engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, risk leaders and senior business stakeholders.
• Identify business problems where AI can create measurable impact across revenue, risk, automation and customer experience.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving technology, business, risk, procurement and legal stakeholders.
• Drive proposals, RFPs, commercials and negotiations.
• Build relationships across relevant SIs, cloud partners and the broader technology ecosystem.
• Help shape the GTM playbook as the GCC business scales.
