Job summary

Rogo in Dubai seeks a high-impact Enterprise SaaS Sales Leader to own new-logo and expansion deals across the GCC, including UAE and Saudi Arabia.

You will build executive relationships, map complex organizations, run discovery, and close multi-year enterprise licenses, while guiding security, compliance, and legal reviews and delivering clear, board-ready ROI narratives. Experience leading small teams and regional selling is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex SaaS deals, including Fortune 1000 or regulated accounts.
• Proven track record of hitting $1M+ quotas using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into board-level ROI narratives.
• Regional GCC selling experience, UAE & Saudi Arabia required.

Responsibilities

• Own a new-logo and expansion quota for global banks, PE firms, and asset managers across the GCC.
• Build C-Suite relationships, map complex orgs, and develop multi-threaded deal strategies.
• Lead rigorous discovery and run proofs of value tied to clear business outcomes.
• Construct executive-ready business cases and navigate security, compliance, and legal reviews.
• Drive deals from prospecting to multi-year enterprise license agreements.
• Partner with Post-Sales to ensure successful roll-outs and upsells.
• Consistently deliver ARR targets while feeding product and GTM teams with customer insights.
