Job summary

Riverbed is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Leader to run the GCC region on a hybrid basis from Dubai or Riyadh. You will guide a team of Enterprise Account Executives selling into large enterprises, manage quota, forecast, and recruit top talent across government and private sectors.

The role requires a proven SaaS/Software sales leadership background, strong C-level engagement, and the ability to drive a high-performance, solutions-oriented sales culture in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic and fluent English speaking is required.
• Proven success in leading and motivating successful SaaS/Software sales teams.
• Must have experience owning an annual team quota of $15m+.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GCC region as part of the EMEA Sales Management Team.
• Set and execute regional sales strategies across go-to-market, hi-touch, channel, alliances and partnerships.
• Oversee forecasting, quota setting and revenue reporting aligned with company goals.
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-calibre sales professionals to build a strong regional team.
• Drive a solutions-sales culture and track productivity to increase effectiveness.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers within large customers and partners.
• Build and manage regional channel partner programs and ensure quarterly revenue attainment.
