INGOT in Dubai is seeking a results-driven BD Team Leader to steer a sales team focused on FX and CFDs. You will craft strategies, grow client relationships, and drive revenue while mentoring BDMs in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the FX and CFDs industry with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a sales/bd team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BD team to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to forecast sales and profits.
• Mentor and develop BDMs to excel in their roles.
• Collaborate with other departments on offerings, procedures and promotions.
• Provide hands-on guidance to improve performance and results.
• Recruit, train, and develop the relationship management team.
